Judy Nyman

As founder and president of Nyman Ink, I’m involved in every project — some might even call me a micro manager. How did I get to be major-domo? Chalk it up to a York University Bachelor of Arts Honours English degree, Ryerson University’s School of Journalism, more than a quarter century of professional writing/editing, including stints at the Toronto Star and the Hamilton Spectator — and the entrepreneurial spirit I inherited from my dad. Add to all of that my passion to marry my skills as a journalist with my desire to give back to my community, and you have your answer. Through Nyman Ink, I’ve been able to provide affordable and pro bono creative services to scores of not-for-profit organizations, while growing a business with a culture of giving.
